CARRIER DISTRIBUTION CONSULTING
We build distribution for insurance carriers
We partner with life and health insurance carriers to build and distribute products for the independent agent channel.
WHAT WE DO
Carrier to agent, concept to market
Product launch
We take products from concept through multi-state filing, rate approval, and coordinated agent channel deployment. We have worked across Medicare Supplement, Hospital Indemnity, and ancillary lines in 48 states.
Distribution strategy
We build and manage agent salesforces and IMO/FMO channel relationships. We know how independent agents make product decisions and how to build distribution that holds over time, not just at launch.
Operations consulting
We work with carrier operations teams on modernization, compliance workflows, and process improvements. This includes underwriting, agent contracting, onboarding, and state reporting.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Carrier-side and distribution-side experience
We work with life and health insurance carriers that are building or expanding their presence in the independent agent market. That includes carriers entering the senior market for the first time, carriers relaunching after a gap in distribution, and carriers that want a disciplined, state-by-state approach to growth rather than a strategy that burns agent relationships at launch.
Our product focus is the senior market: Medicare Supplement, Hospital Indemnity, Medicare Advantage, life, and ancillary benefits. We also work with distribution firms, IMOs, and FMOs evaluating carrier partnerships or looking for channel intelligence on competitive products and markets.
